To be interesting, an AI needs a huge volume of data to draw upon - enough to to escape all predictability, and to allow it to mould its actions to the situations it finds itself in.
At the same time the AI must retain a distinct character of its own. It must empathise, yet assert its own role. It must invoke people's intelligence, and spark their imagination.
Many AIs, and chatbots in particular, respond logically to their inputs, yet in a predictable and ultimately unfulfilling way - all too often they are designed to avoid complexity, and retain no knowledge of what has come before.
To do better, in deciding how to respond to a user, one must look at much deeper context. This is what drives our learning AI technology.
Harnessing the power of context and feedback can deliver very surprising results.
Context is King. Context is Life!
